• Early Years
  Our Early Years classes cater for children aged 3 to 5. We encourage our youngest learners to become independent and help them understand how to transfer their skills when they experience different environments. They learn to apply their knowledge in school, at home, and the outside world. Illy helping Early Years students see that learning is connected to everything they do in life, a solid foundation for lifelong learning is established.
  Early Years lessons are child-contred, engaging and allow students to demonstrate their agency by providing them with exciting opportunities to express their opinions and needs while helping them make sensible choices. This guidance encourages them to take ownership of their learning and enjoy their first introduction to school. Children use their imagination and curiosity to explore, learn and develop through play, experimentation, and inquiry.
  Early Years Programme: (Play Group, Nursery, KG)
• Primary School
  [Grades 1 to 5]
  Our Primary School learners (aged 6-11) build upon the foundations established in the Early Years. Our dedicated Primary teachers strive to maintain the joy of learning, whilst also implementing our engaging, academically demanding. and complex Primary Years curriculum. We believe that all children have a natural thirst for knowledge and are eager to learn in a conducive environment. Therefore, every child in our school receives an inspiring primary education that suits their personality, interests, and future goals.
  A wide variety of extra-curricular activities are also available for students to enjoy. With a broad selection of athletic, cultural, and artistic activities, our primary years students can hone their abilities, learn new skills, and make new friends in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
• Middle Years Programme  (Grades 6 to 10)
  Middle School
  The Middle Years Programme  (MYP) encourages students aged 11 to 15 to explore the connections between academic subjects and the real world through experiential learning projects that build critical thinking skills. The MYP Programme at MIS instils a positive attitude towards leaming by challenging students to solve problems and show creativity and resourcefulness, while encouraging them to participate in their communities
• High School
  Students select subjects from various subject groups, which provides a depth of knowledge and understanding across multiple disciplines. Students are encouraged to develop good study skills and positive attitude towards learning that will prepare them for higher education.

• ADMISSION Information
  Please be informed that the procedure to take admission of new students will be carried out as follows:-
• Admission form collection:
  The parents and applicant should come to school to collect the admission form. Our admissions officer should provide whatever information what you need.
• Admission form submission:
  The applicant should fill the admission form properly. With the completed admission form the applicant should provide the necessary papers and photographs to the admissions officer.
  * Interview (for Play Proup) if the seat is available, the applicant will be called to sit for an interview along with their parent.
  * Written test (for Nursery to higher classes) if the seat is available, the applicant will be called to sit for a written test in English and Mathematics.
  Siblings, family members and relatives of current MIS students will get preferences for admission. However, we will not consider any late admissions. Therefore, parents and guardians of MIS students are encouraged to apply for admission within the given deadline. If the admission process is complete, we will not be able to take any student, even if she/he is a sibling or relative of one of our current students.
• ADMISSIONS PROCESS
  Admission is granted when it has been determined that the School has an appropriate programme and the resources to meet the learning needs of the individual. MIS considers applications for both immediate and future entry throughout the year. Students will be allocated a year group corresponding to their age at the point of admission.

• HOW TO APPLY
  Please complete the student application form. The application will prompt you to
  submit the following supporting documents:
  A copy of the child's birth certificate or passport
  A passport size (4 cm Width x 6 cm Height) photo of your child
  A copy of both the father and mother's identity cards or passports
  If foreign citizen:
  A copy of the child's updated vaccination records
  A passport size (4 cm Width x 6 cm Height) photo of the main parent or guardian foreign citizens copy of both
  parents'guardians' Bangladesh's resident visa Any relevant medical information or records

Safety and Security on Campus
The welfare and well-being of students start with ensuring a safe and secure environment
To enforce day-to-day safety and security within the school premises the following measures are taken: Full-time security personnel to ensure round-the-clock security in each campus
Metal detectors and archways are used for checking visitors at the entrance points
Use of ID cards is compulsory for all employees and students
Visitors are confirmed through prior appointment of management and are not allowed to bring large bags onto campus
Only parents, guardians or authorized persons are allowed to pick up students
All school sections are secured with high barbed wire fences
The school building and rooms are kept under lock and key after school hours
Each campus has a sick room and first aid facilities in convenient locations
Fire extinguishers are kept available for use and staff are trained to use them
First aid training is regularly given to all
faculty and management
In addition to this, all campuses have qualified nurses to take care of students
◆Fire drills and emergency evacuation drills are conducted in all school campuses at regular intervals
Transport Services
MIS offers transportation to students from Play Group to IAL
MIS provides microbus and van service to different parts of the city for students
Stringent safety measures are in place to ensure students are transported to and from school comfortably and securely.

• After-School Activities and Extracurricular Activities
  A rich and diverse programme of After-School Activities (ASA) and Extra-Cunicular Activities (ECAs) are provided for all students from Early Years up to Grade 12. Students can explore their Interests in a nurturing space and they can develop ther artistic talents, social competencies, physical endurance, and skills. While participating in some of the many activities we offer including dance, footbail, and chess-leamers have fun in a supervised and supportive environment.
• Sports & Athletics
  As one of the central pillars of an education, an engaging and challenging sports and athletics programme is at the core of a holistic learning experience. Participation in a sports programme allows students to learn about healthy lifestyles, make friends. and develop necessary life skills, such as perseverance, collaboration, teamwork, critical thinking. leadership, and ethics.
  Mastering a sport also gives learners confidence in the given areas, which emanates into other areas of their lives.
• LIBRARY
  MIS provides an elite and magnificent library which opens a world of wisdom for each child. The school library is well-lit, ventilated and student friendly. The library @MIS is well-stocked with numerous valuable books, educational journals and magazines.
• LABS
  MIS has a well-equipped laboratory for imparting practical knowledge in science. The lab is well-stocked with ample specimens, chemicals and instruments so that each student gets the opportunity to carry out experiments independently. Well-qualified and competent teachers guide the students through a comprehensively planned schedule of practical classes. The safety of every child is duly taken care of
