Welcome To Rainforest

Rainforest School is an English Medium School, established on 10th October 2015, with a mission to provide “High quality education” & world-class facilities in this deprived sector of Dhaka City.

Apart from regular classes, we have mandatory English conversation, Smartness class, Nourishment class, Dental & Medical checkups, Club activities, Teachers’ training, and knowledge practice sessions.

We have already taken part in several unconventional and challenging tasks as part of our "Social Responsibility". For example, in our “Green City - Clean City” campaign, students cleaned roads to spread social awareness and planted more than 1,500 flower plants along roadsides (Bakshi Bazar, Hossainy Dalan, Najimuddin Road, Chankharpul, Chawk Bazar). We are also maintaining these plants.

Our work has been featured in major media outlets, including The Daily Prothom Alo (10th September 2017), which highlighted: "More than 500 flower plants by Rainforest School – making the environment beautiful." We have also been covered by SA TV, Dipto TV, Sohra TV, and BDNews24.com.

Rainforest Sports Academy

We have both Indoor & Outdoor, green, spacious playgrounds for the kids.

Islamic Education Wing

Belief (Emaan) on one and only Allah and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Electrical Class

Technical skill- Electrical / Mechanical knowledge development classes has been introduced, under the supervision of an Engineer.

Green City - Clean City

Honorable Mayor of Dhaka City, Alhaz Md. Sayeed Khokan gave recognition to our "Green City - Clean City" on 6th November, 2017.

Online Schooling Ambassador

For Rainforest, our student's safety is the prime concern. Whatever decision we will take, it will ensure their security.

Activity based schooling

Our entire schooling system is mainly activity based. We have number of activities here. Study tours, Project Fair, Science Fair, Green City Clean City, Dengue awareness program, Firefighting program, Earthquake awareness program, Fruit Festival, Cultural program, Sports program, Debate sessions, Public Communication skill development are some examples.

Rainforest School is a 100% Digital School.

• We are already having Coding classes for the kids, and within October, 2025, we will start our Robotics classes, as well, inshAllah.
• We are using Google Classrooms, as a communication tool with the kids. Their homework and every class details is sent over there. It’s like an online diary.
• We have Computers at every classroom, with high speed internet connection.
• Our Computer Lab is also extremely well equipped. We have 2 very well equipped Computer Lab. We have around 40 Computers. 20 Computers are there in the Lab, and rest 20 in the classrooms and for use of the teachers.
• Digital Magnetic ID Card.
• Google Meet based- totally interactive Online classes.
• From 2016 onwards, we are used to send all the class details via email.
• The entire school is completely monitored by number of closed-circuit cameras.
• We have our own software. Our entire system is being controlled by our own software.
• Our entire campus is completely surrounded with strong Wi-Fi network.

During the pandemic, from the very first week we started our Online Class. Now we are having live streaming, interactive classes via Google Meet. We have introduced 'Kids Zone', to boost up the kids mental & physical health. We are presenting number of interesting video clips as well, to keep the class interesting. We have 'Virtual Study Tours'.

Now, we have a vision to take Rainforest School’s Schooling to an International standard.

English Conversation

English Conversation is a must at Rainforest School. Here, we have such an environment that within 2/3 years students become fluent in English. Not only in the classroom, even in the playground as well, the students are compelled to talk in English.

Teachers are also compelled to talk in English for the entire time. Not only inside the classroom, whenever the teachers talk among themselves as well, they talk in English.

We give extreme level of importance for perfection in pronunciation.

Completely new, Islamic Education

From now onwards, there will be a complete change in the Islamic Education Department. A big change will be done in our Hifzul Quraan Department, as well.

Najera, Noorani and Islamic classes will be revised, with a completely revised syllabus (class wise), with a new, experienced and expert set of teaching panel, with two expert and renowned Islamic Advisors.

Our Hifzul Quraan timing will be revised. There will be 2 timings: 1st session: 7:00am-8:30am, 2nd session: 8:30am-10:00am (changeable). It will be applicable from 9th April.

For Lalbagh campus students, as well, we will have Hifz session. For convenience of timing, Hifz students will have free transferring facility, from Bakshibazar to Lalbagh or Lalbagh to Bakshibazar.

For the month of April, Registration fee for Hifz has been decreased from Tk 5000/ to Tk 2500/. For our previous Hifz kids, it will be free.

We want maximum kids to participate in the Hifz. If anyone will not be a Hifz of full Quraan, at least Para-30, 5 paras or 10 Paras, they can learn. In Saudia Arabia, they also learn like that.

Islamic Education Wing

Islamic Education (For Duniya & Akhirah)

Islamic Education Curriculum (For Duniya & Akhirah), for the Muslim students.

1. Arabic Class- Reading, writing, speaking, listening & learning Al Quran, with perfect pronunciation.

2. Al-Quranic Class:

a. Basic Surahs required for Salah, with perfect pronunciation.

b. Surah Ar-Rahman (complete surah memorization, with its meaning).

c. Selected verses (Ayats) from Al-Quran, with its meaning.

3. Hadith- Kids will learn around 40 Hadiths (Hadis), with Arabic pronunciation, its meaning and explanation of the Hadiths.

4. Islamic Studies- Belief (Emaan) on one and only Allah and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

• Life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
• Life of Prophets, Caliphs and Sahabas and basic learning.
• Farz-E-Aain [knowing essentially relevant issues].
• Salah (namaz), in details. The kids have to pray Salah, daily. 
• Five foundations of Islam: Kalima, Salah, Roza, Hazz, Zakat.

5. Masnun duas.

6. Behavioral studies- how to behave with parents, relatives, friends, neighbors…. even with animals.

Online Schooling Ambassador

For Rainforest, our student's safety is the prime concern. Whatever decision we will take, it will ensure their security. Regarding Online Schooling (in a real and honest sense), we have already proved our supremacy. Now, Rainforest has become a Brand Ambassador of Online Schooling.

We have introduced 'Kids Zone', to boost up the kids mental & physical health. We are presenting number of interesting video clips as well, to keep the class interesting. We have 'Virtual Study Tours'.

Now, we have a vision to take Rainforest School's Online Schooling to an International standard.

We are trying to be associated with a number of American and European Schools. In sha Allah very soon, we will take Rainforest to their standard.

We believe that, if we can continue with our honest intention, hard work and integrity, we can touch the sky.

Smartness Class

Rainforest School has introduced an unconventional daily class named "Smartness Class". In this class we usually try to boost up the student's confidence level. In this smartness class students usually are having:

1. Debates ( simple real life/ Moral issues)
2. English fluency building techniques- with proper pronunciation. Conversations, Word building.
3. Extempore Speech- instant topic is provided.
4. Story telling
5. World map- browsing
6. Knowledge of the world
7. Drama playing ( Cinderella,Aladdin,Moral stories etc)
8. Cultural programs, Drawing, Crafting.
9. Origami (paper folding art), paper cutting and decorations.

All the acts are being played in English.

We are trying to maintain an "International Standard Of Teaching".In sha'Allah, the difference will be visible soon.

Spoken, Pronunciation & Public Communication Class

We have introduced a very special Spoken & Pronunciation class. From the very beginning, we get extreme level of importance for kids Spoken. Again, we give high level of importance on perfect Pronunciation.

Combining both, we try to boost up their smartness and confidence level up to a mark that they feel extremely comfortable with Public Communication. Even if it’s an Extempore Speech session.

Pre Play

Age limit: 2 years 6 months- 3 Years 9 months.

Rainforest Sports Academy

We have both Indoor & Outdoor, green, spacious playgrounds for the kids.

In the Indoor playground, kids play a number of indoor games such as Table Tennis, Carom Board, Ludo, Slipper, Seesaw, and many more.

Our Outdoor playground is completely green. Kids play games like Football, Cricket, Basketball, Handball, Badminton, etc.

We have 2 completely isolated floors dedicated to the kids’ playground.

Rainforest Taekwon-do Academy

Our Head trainer Nahidul Islam Sir is the Head Trainer of all trainers in overall Dhaka City. In the whole country, his position is 2nd. He is also a 4-times National Champion.

Students who want to join the team must register under Bangladesh International Taekwon-do Federation (BITF).

Martial art (knowing self-defense techniques, not fighting) is very important, especially for girls. Considering the security of the kids, they must know self-defense techniques.

Rainforest Taekwon-Do Academy participated in the Inter School Championship and won 12 medals out of 13. At the National Level, we won 12 out of 12 medals in 2024. Our national ranking is 2nd.

Rainforest Cricket Academy

Alhamdulillah, we are about to open a Cricket Academy named “Rainforest Cricket Academy” from next week.

S M Shamsul Alam Munna has been confirmed as the Head Coach of the Academy.

Rainforest Football Academy

Alhamdulillah, Rainforest School has a Football Academy named Rainforest Football Academy.

MD. Nasiruddin Adil, Head Coach of Rainforest Football Academy, is an ex-football player of the 1st Division team Abahoni Krira Chakra / Abahoni Limited Dhaka.

He has been awarded the AFC C Diploma as a coach under the Bangladesh Football Federation.

Tennis Academy

We have a Lawn Tennis Academy.

Our Tennis Academy has two National Coaches: Raznita Chowdhury and Maksudul Karim Khan, both National Team Coaches.

Maliha Islam, a National & International level player, is also associated with the team.

Green City - Clean City

Honorable Mayor of Dhaka City, Alhaz Md. Sayeed Khokan gave recognition to our "Green City - Clean City" on 6th November, 2017.

We already have done a number of unconventional and challenging tasks, which we consider as a part of our "Social Responsibility". We have done "Green City - Clean City" campaign. Our little students cleaned the road to create social awareness. We have taken an initiative to make our surrounding area totally Green. We have established more than 1500 beautiful flower plants with flower tubs in both sides of a large area (mainly Bokshi Bazar, Hossainy Dalan, Najimuddin Road, Chankharpul, Chawk Bazar). We are also working for the maintenance of the plants. The Daily Prothom Alo published a nice feature in the Newspaper, in 10th September, 2017: "More than 500 flower plants by Rainforest School- making the environment beautiful".
